Full holdings are 24 July, 24 Oct., 24 Nov.1806; 19 June 1809 - 30 Dec.1815; 1 Jan.1818 - 18 Feb.1824.(1811 very incomplete). The digitised page images are available on the British Newspaper Archive website, https://www.britishnewspaperarchive.co.uk/titles/statesman-london.
