The pipeline took as its input the highly verbose AltoXML files of the same newspaper titles and converted them into the more readable plain text format for the benefit of readers and researchers. It contains plaintext for one year of Darlington & Richmond Herald. The full digitised newspapers comprises no.439-768 (2 March 1867 - 14 June 1873) (The Darlington & Stockton Telegraph, Richmond Herald, South Durham and North York Review.), no.769-2048 (21 June 1873 - 25 Sept. 1880) (Darlington & Richmond Herald.)
