Abstract
The digital revolution brought about marked changes in the way that libraries and archives achieve their mandates. Particularly at a national level, technology has changed working practices within memory organisations to deliver efficiencies in processing content and increasing access. Technology has changed the very way we manage and provide access to our collections.
