Abstract
This article describes the contents of the manuscript music collection Add. 69859 assembled by Ms Rosalind Eleanor Esther Glenn (1834-1909) and presented to the British Library by the firm of Novello & Co. The principal composers represented are Jonathan Battishill (1738-1801) and Samuel Wesley (1766-1837). The album includes several autographs of Battishill, thus confirming Ms Glenn's attribution to Battishill of the very important annotations to Handel's keyboard overtures in Hamburg M B/165
