Abstract
An overview of the work of National Life Stories in 2024. Alongside major NLS project updates, this review includes a range of feature articles: Debbie Bogard on the use of oral history recordings in British Library learning workshops; Hester Westley and Cathy Courtney on a subset of Artists' Lives recordings with sculpture conservators; and Madeline White on Holocaust Testimony UK, a new online portal for UK audio and audiovisual collections of Holocaust Testimony. The review also celebrates two NLS partner projects, 'Thalidomide Stories: An Oral History of Thalidomide Survivors' and the British Council's 90th anniversary oral history project.
