Terms of Use

The Library supports the principle that its research should be freely accessible and re-usable, and therefore supports its staff in making their research outputs and other materials (“Work(s)”) available via the Repository.

The use of the Repository is subject to these Terms, together with any other terms referred to herein, which you are deemed to accept by using the Repository.

Work(s) are made available via the Repository on terms agreed with the authors/depositors of the Work(s). As an end user you may use the items only if you abide by the licence or other terms under which it has been released, e.g. the terms of a specific Creative Commons licence. Unless otherwise indicated, work(s) made publicly available in the Repository are protected by copyright with all rights reserved.

For good research practice, research outputs must reference the Work(s), including citing their author(s) and full bibliographic details.

The Library bears no responsibility or liabilities for any infringements of third-party copyright contained in the Work(s).

The terms of use of the British Library’s website (https://www.bl.uk/about-us/terms-and-conditions) shall apply to this Repository, including but not limited to:

~ The Privacy Policy (https://www.bl.uk/about-us/privacy-policy) which sets out the terms on which any personal data collected from you or provided by you is processed, and by using this Repository, you approve that such processing will be carried out and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
