Abstract
An introduction to some of the noteworthy features of a recently-acquired collection of occasional verse from the former German principality of East Frisia. The collection forms a fascinating resource for the study of this material, its writers and printers, and the society in which its subjects lived. A listing of all 421 poems in the collection is appended.
