Abstract
Academic libraries in Scotland have a long history of collaboration through the Scottish Confederation of University and Research Libraries (SCURL). This has produced SHEDL, an early joint procurement model, and, more recently, Scottish Universities Press, a library-led open access publishing platform. This presentation discusses the central importance of equity, inclusivity and integrity in shaping the Scotland-wide infrastructure.
