Abstract
Giving the people affected by AI power over how it works is vital to ensure it is effective and ethical, as well as to maintain a good relationship with customers and citizens. In this talk, Jeni will explore why public participation and civil society engagement are vital for organisations looking to adopt AI, and how to go about it.
