With a network of over 3,500 libraries across the British Isles public libraries have the biggest reach of any creative or cultural institution in the country. In this talk the President of Libraries Connected, Ed Jewell, will consider how cross-sector initiatives can be delivered through libraries to support skills development and empower local communities.
